HERO for Breastfeeding

HERO stands for:

H - Help a breastfeeding mother by offering her some basic needs. These include:
a. fruits
b. vegetables
c. water and other healthy soups and drinks (they need at least 3.5 liters of water and other fluids)
d. lots of pillow
e. fan
f. a comfortable space

E - Educate
Learn the risks of dairy consumption and artificial milk feeding, advantages of breastfeeding, the issues that breastfeeding addresses and the Optimal Goals on Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF)
